EU

*update 17.2.21

NEW BREXIT REGULATIONS mean that EU customers will now have 20% UK VAT deducted from their purchase in the checkout, and will then be liable to Customs and Import fees in the destination country. The customer will be invoiced by the shipping company prior to delivery, and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees.

Due to Customs and Imports fees differing between country to country, we cannot tell you exactly what you may be charged.

An overview of the charges we do know, is as follows: You will be charged VAT (at the rate of the country in which your parcel enters the EU) on the value of your order (including the shipping), plus an admin fee from the shipper.

There may also be a duty charge, but this may vary by country.

Shipping options for the EU:

Standard Shipping will be shipped via DPD road service, cost by country, calculated in the checkout. DPD additional admin fees vary, but tend to be lower than DHL Express fees. Delivery times vary by country 2-8 days.

DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE, cost by country calculated in the checkout. DHL EXPRESS admin fees are often noticeably higher than DPD fees. Delivery times vary by country, 2-4 days.

PLEASE NOTE that shipping to the EU is still a process of trial an error with regard to the fees involved, and the extra checks that parcels require. This can cause delays and possibly unexpected charges. We have re-opened our shop for EU customers, but we cannot be liable for any extra, unexpected charges imposed at this time while each country gets used to the import process.

Any delivery to the EU which is refused by the recipient, or any non deliveries which are returned to North Sea Clothing, will have the return shipping charges and admin fees deducted from any refund given.
